Refund policy

Since our products are custom-made to order, we are unable to provide refunds once an order has been shipped. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

 

Order Cancellations 

If you want to cancel your order, refunds are subject to a retention fee depending on the production stage;

1. For orders processed but not yet printed, a €20 EUR fee will be deducted from your refund.

2. For orders in the embellishment or packing stage, a €40 EUR fee will be applied

 

Defective or lost items 

If your product arrives damaged or if it gets lost during delivery, please contact us at info@nikaahstudio.com for a replacement. All claims must be made within 7 days of the product being marked delivered in your tracking information. Please note, we are not responsible for any loss, delays or damages that occur while your order is in transit. 

 

How to initiate a Return: 

Contact us: Please email us at info@nikaahstudio.com, or fill in the contact form, mentioning your order number and the reason for return

Inspection and processing: Once we receive your request, we will start the inspection and notify you of the approval/rejection of the refund within 10 days 

Return approval; Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable)
